 During our research of Baja real estate, we corresponded with Velia via email for over 6 months before making our first visit to Rosarito to view properties. During this visit, Velia and Steve already had a good idea of what we were looking for and carefully selected properties that matched our criteria.

They also were very careful to explain the different types of property ownership, and advised us of developments with questionable financials or potential title issues. After two visits, we found the right property, and Velia's expertise and knowledge of Mexican real estate transactions made sure the process proceeded without any problems.

Their helpfulness extended well beyond the selection, purchase and closing, with advice on immigration status, utilities, banking, timely property tax payment, border crossing and moving services.
