 During our research of Baja real estate, we corresponded with Velia via email for over 6 months before making our first visit to Rosarito to view properties. During this visit, Velia already had a good idea of what we were looking for and carefully selected properties that matched our criteria.

She was very careful to explain the different types of property ownership, and advised us of developments with questionable financials or potential title issues.
